Citizenship Mentors’ Briefing Resources and Training ToolsCitizenship Mentors’ Briefing Resources and Training Tools
The purpose of these briefing papers for Citizenship mentors is eminently practical:
- To provide an overarching framework and context for mentors’ work with Citizenship trainees
- To highlight key issues and synthesise and share good practice in relation to school-based Citizenship training
- To provide a range of ‘off-the-shelf’ training strategies and ideas – these come in the form, variously, of checklists, bullet points, case studies and planning grids
The Briefing Papers Matrix shows which NC Programmes of Study (for KS3 and 4) are addressed by each Briefing Paper. An overview of this series of Briefing Papers is also available.
